Four Tons Of Marijuana Pulled From Ocean!

What a find: After receiving a tip yesterday, Harbor Patrol agents in California pulled about 160 bales of marijuana from the ocean off the coast of Orange County.
That’s more than 7,263 pounds, and agents say the street value is $3.6 million, CBS 2 reports.
The marijuana, which was floating at least 15 miles off shore with no boat in sight, was turned over to US Border Patrol. The investigation into how exactly it got there is continuing, theOrange County Register reports. A Border Patrol rep calls the situation an odd one, noting that bales are usually dumped by boats that are being chased.

Man’s Penis Worth $7.5 Million Per Inch!

If you are a woman you’ve probably never asked yourself how much could a penis, or a portion of it, be worth. I must confess you that, although I’m a man, I’ve never wondered about it either.
Short answer: $7.5 million for an inch and a half!! Not bad eh?!
A former Navy man, Matthew Wall, was in a motorcycle accident that left him with his penis permanently shortened by more than an inch.
The accident happened when Wall was 23: he was on his Harley-Davidson driving to work, as officer on a nuclear submarine in San Diego, when a van turned in front of him without allegedly looking at the oncoming traffic.
Wall hit the van and was thrown forward on his Harley’s handlebar. He suffered a fracture of his pubic bone and crushed his penis. The reconstructive surgery was successful but left him with 1.5 inch less in length.
An El Cajon, San Diego, jury awarded the man with a generous, I think, $7.5 million.

Chinese Man Grows Biggest Man-Boobs Ever!

this is SO funny! The man you see in the picture did not want to change sex…instead he was concerned with a little baldness and went to the local doctor for advice.
The doctor gave Guo Qingdo a quick fix: shampooing his hair with contraceptives. The man diligently did so and as you can see from the pictures it really worked, but with a ‘small’ side effect: the man grew a breast!!
Although a bit saggy, which is normal for his age, the man’s breast turned into a very decent ‘C’ cup, I would say.
Not happy to have to start wearing a bra at his age, the man decided to have the breast removed…that to his luck was composed by excessive fat.
After a minor surgical process, Guo Qingdo regained his manly chest.
Now…don’t run to the pharmacy if you want to enlarge your breast or fix your baldness!! I’ll take no blame ;-)

Real-Life Mutant Girl Causes Things Around Her To Catch On Fire!

A yet unnamed 11-year-old girl from Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City has been making headlines in Asia, for her alleged uncontrollable power to set things around her on fire.
According to Vietnamese website Ngoisao, on May 12, a young girl living in the Tan Binh district of Ho Chi Minh has burned down almost the entire third floor of her family’s home. Her father says the child did not have access to any fire-inducing objects, and that the fire was caused by the super-energy in her body. How many times have we heard that one before, right? But while that may sound like the exaggerations of a parent looking for media attention, this is apparently not the first time this Vietnamese girl has caused things to burst into fire just by going near them.
The unnamed girl’s parents say they’ve noticed her peculiar abilities about a month ago, when their home’s electrical network underwent repeated short-circuiting. Then the power outlets around the house burst into fire when their daughter came near them, and at one time she even burned a corner of the toilet seat. What’s even more intriguing is they claim the same phenomenon repeated itself when they took the girl to other places, as well. For example, during a vacation to Vung Tau beach, she burned the hotel room. The 11-year-old told Vietnamese media that on occasions, even her clothes catch on fire for no apparent reason.
After the incident that occurred on May 12, the girl’s family rerouted the house’s entire electrical network, moved all furniture  and electrical appliances as far away from their daughter as possible, and got separate keys for all family members so they could all escape the house, should something like this happen again. They keep guard over their daughter 24/7 and sleep with buckets full of water and wet towels next to them to extinguish potential fires. They have also taken the girl to be tested by scientists at the Hong Bang International University, in Ho Chi Minh.
Du Quang Chau, an expert in radiesthesia (the ability to detect “radiation” within the human body) conducted a series of tests on the child and found something odd in her brain’s right hemisphere. Realizing this was an unprecedented case both in Vietnam and the world, he created a panel of scientists to conduct studies on the girl and her surrounding environment. The unique phenomenon attracted scientists from various fields, including physics, medicine, psychology, culture and sociology.  Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Director of the Hong Bang University, said RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) tests showed a weird “halo” in the girl’s right hemisphere that could be the cause of her unusual power.
The girl was medically examined at Cho Ray Hospital and the Children No 2 Hospital, but doctors didn’t find anything abnormal.
The names of the unique girl and her parents have not been made public, but photos of their damaged home were published in the media.

Blast outside school in Italy kills at least 1, several wounded

I personally learn't that one girl has died and half a dozen are injured following a bomb blast outside a school in the southern Italian city of Brindisi, Italian officials said Saturday.

Officials have given conflicting accounts of the number killed and injured.

Daniela Buccoliero, an official at the Prefecture of Brindisi, a local office of the Interior Ministry, told CNN one 16-year-old girl had died and another six students are injured, two of them seriously.

Brindisi Mayor Mimmo Consales and Fabiano Amati, regional minister for Italy's Civil Protection agency, said there had been two deaths as a result of the blast.

Lil Wayne Being Investigated For Assault

Lil Wayne is being investigated for assault for the second time in a month.
According to TMZ, Weezy was reportedly skateboarding with his crew when a fan named Alfredo Marino approached the rapper and asked to take a photograph. After Wayne declined, he returned to his car and tried to slyly snap a picture. Only shortly after, Wayne approached the vehicle with his crew and said, "Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?"
Marino claims that he was then hit in the back of the head with a skateboard, knocking him down and drawing blood. He says that he suffered a concussion and vertigo.
"My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer," said his lawyer, Craig Chisvin.
Last month, a photographer filed a police report in Miami, Florida for a similar incident. Police are currently investigating Marino's claims.

Will Smith slaps reporter in Moscow who tried to kiss him

MOSCOW — Hollywood star Will Smith has slapped a male television reporter who tried to kiss him before the Moscow premiere of "Men in Black III."

The reporter from the Ukrainian television channel 1+1 approached Smith on the red carpet, put his hand on the actor's shoulder and tried to kiss him.

Smith pushed him away and then slapped him lightly across the cheek with the back of his left hand.

It was not clear whether reporter Vitalii Sediuk intended to kiss Smith on the cheek or on the lips.

In any case, Smith appeared shocked by the journalist's behaviour at Friday night's premiere in the Russian capital.

10 Best Movies Since 2000!

What are the 10 best movies since the year 2000? Richard Corliss at Time rounds up the greatest film achievements of the millennium so far. Here’s a sampling:

  • 10. The Artist, 2011: A “delightfully inventive comedy” and “sustained cinematic inspiration” that rightfully deserved its best-picture Oscar.
  • 6. The Hurt Locker, 2009: This “acutely nonpartisan” war flick had a “fresh, revisionist vision” and was helmed by Kathryn Bigelow, “a smart director of gritty action films.”
  • 4. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, 2000: Ang Lee assembled three stars from three eras to create “a movie of gravity and buoyancy, of high art and higher spirits. It’s contemplative, and it kicks ass.”
  • 2. The Lord of the Rings, 2001-2003: Hugely and riskily expensive epics that employed “vision and daring” to make them “among the most satisfying achievements of the new millennium.”
  • 1. WALL-E, 2008: Pixar’s animated feature has “technical wizardry,” “digital sheen,” plus a “love story as pure as any in the cinema’s first 100 years.”

Why Do Women Live Longer Than Men?

One important reason is the big delay — and advantage — women have over men in terms of cardiovascular disease, like heart attack and stroke. Women develop these problems usually in their 70s and 80s, about 10 years later than men, who develop them in their 50s and 60s. For a long time, doctors thought the difference was due to estrogen. But studies have shown that this may not be the case, and now we know that giving estrogen to women post-menopause can actually be bad for them.
One reason for that delay in onset of cardiovascular disease could be that women are relatively iron-deficient compared to men — especially younger women, those in their late teens and early 20s — because of menstruation. Iron plays a very important part in the reactions in our cells that produce damaging free radicals, which glom onto cell membranes and DNA, and may translate into aging the cell. In fact, in our diets, red meat is the main source of iron, and lack of iron is probably one major reason that being vegetarian is healthy for you. There was a very good study looking at the intake of red meat and heart disease in Leiden in the Netherlands: in regions where people didn't eat red meat, those populations had half the rate of heart attack and stroke compared to the populations that did eat red meat.
Another more complicated possibility [for women's longevity] is that women have two X chromosomes, while men have one. (Men have an X and a Y.) When cells go through aging and damage, they have a choice in terms of genes — either on one X chromosome or the other. Consider it this way: you have a population of cells, all aging together. In some cells, the genes on one X chromosome are active; in other cells, by chance, the same set of genes, with different variations, are active on the other X chromosome. Don't forget, we all have the same genes — the reason we differ is because we express different variations of those genes, like different colors of a car. Now, if one set of variations provides a survival advantage for the cells versus another, then the cells with the advantage will persist while the other ones will die off, leaving behind more cells with the genes on the more advantageous X chromosome. So, in women, cells can perhaps be protected by a slightly better variation of a gene on the second X chromosome. Men don't have this luxury and don't get this choice.
It's very unclear [how big an effect that could have]. I've seen men who have done horrendous damage to themselves over time with smoking and drinking and who still get to 100 and older — though that's very, very rare. They might have the right combination of some really special genetic variations that we call "longevity enabling genes" — which we're on the mad hunt for. Meanwhile other individuals may do everything right and only make it into their 80s. That may be because they have what we call "disease genes," some genetic variations that are relatively bad for them. Now some of these [disease genes] may be on the X chromosome, [meaning that women who have the second X chromosome with which to compensate, would have an advantage]. But it's really still a very complicated puzzle to tease out.
[There are a few other reasons that men die earlier in life more often than women.] Men in their late teens and 20s go through something called "testosterone storm." The levels of the hormone can be quite high and changeable, and that can induce some pretty dangerous behavior among young men. They don't wear their seatbelts; they drink too much alcohol; they can be aggressive with weapons and so on and so forth. These behaviors lead to a higher death rate.
Another area where we see higher death rates among men is among the depressed — especially older men. If they attempt suicide, they are more likely to succeed than women.
Overall, about 70% of the variation around average life expectancy — [just over 80 for women and just over 75 for men in the U.S.] — is probably attributable to environmental factors — your behaviors and your exposures. Probably only 30% is due to genetics. And that's very, very good news. There's so much we can do. Most of us should be able to get into our late 80s. What's more, to get to older ages, like the centenarians, you are necessarily compressing the time you're sick to the end of your life. It's not a case where the older you get, the sicker you get. It's very much the case that the older you get, the healthier you've been.
But, in general, there are maybe three things men do worse than women. They smoke a lot more. (That gender gap is fortunately shrinking, since men are smoking less and less.) They eat more food that leads to high cholesterol. And, perhaps related to that, men tend not to deal with their stress as well as women. They may be more prone to internalizing that stress rather than letting go — though that's a fairly controversial point. Nonetheless, stress plays a very important role in cardiovascular disease.

Man Fathered 30 Kids With 11 Different Women Can’t Pay Child Support

Desmond Hatchett is pleading with the state of Tennessee to help him pay for child support.

With 30 kids, who could afford to pay child support? Yes, 30 children by 11 different “baby mamas.”

Desmond explained how it all happened, well you know what we mean, “I had four kids in the same year. Twice.”

The children range in age from toddlers to 14 years old. He was last in court in 2009, at which time he had 21 children.

That means he’s had at least 9 more children in the last 3 years.

Hatchett only has a minimum wage job, which means some of the moms receive as little as… $1.49 a month.

Final Is Backyard Battle In Bayern’s Backyard!

MUNICH — To the rest of the world’s soccer fans, Saturday’s hotly anticipated match between Chelsea and Bayern Munich is the final of the Champions League, the top prize in European professional club soccer. Here in the capital of Bavaria it is known in the local dialect as the finale dahoam — the home final.
Through a fluke of scheduling, the neutral site for the winner-take-all match is anything but. Germany’s most successful club will play for the title on its own field. But the advantage also comes with no small amount of added pressure for a team that otherwise fell short of expectations this season.
The Yankees of German soccer, Bayern Munich has won more German championships — 21 in all — than any other team in the league. The Bavarians are loathed by other fans and must play under unequaled pressure from their supporters: Win the German championship, or the season is a failure. And this season it won neither Germany’s Bundesliga regular-season title nor the German Cup championship, the DFB Pokal — losing both to Borussia Dortmund.
The Champions League title would do more than make up for those losses — it would elevate players like Philipp Lahm and Bastian Schweinsteiger, mainstays for the German national team who have played for Bayern since they were juniors, to a place among the club’s greatest players.
“It’s my home turf,” Lahm said at a news conference on Friday. “I was born in Munich. I grew up in Munich. The F.C. Bayern is my home team. I joined the club at the age of 11. So this is definitely dahoam, my home.”
Watching Chelsea hoist the championship cup on its home field just one week after an embarrassing 5-2 loss to Borussia Dortmund in the Cup final in Berlin would be an especially bitter defeat, something both clubs know a little bit about.
Chelsea and Munich have each come close to winning the Champions League in recent years, only to fall short by losing in the final. Manchester United defeated Chelsea on penalty kicks in 2008, while Bayern fell to Italy’s Inter Milan in 2010.
What the Super Bowl claims to be — a global sporting event followed breathlessly around the world — is truer still for the Champions League final. Journalists from Arabic, Latin American and Japanese television stations jockeyed for space at the Bayern practice field Friday.
The match will feature some of the game’s biggest stars, including Chelsea’s Didier Drogba and Fernando Torres, and Bayern’s Arjen Robben and Mario Gomez, who trails only Barcelona’s Lionel Messi for goals scored in the competition this season.
The game is as notable for who will not be playing as for who will, with three Munich players and four Chelsea players suspended, including John Terry, the Blues’ captain, sometimes known as Mr. Chelsea.
For Chelsea Coach Roberto Di Matteo, the showdown might be his final game leading the squad. Although he shepherded the team to the biggest game this side of the World Cup final (and to an English F.A. Cup title), there is speculation that Di Matteo will be replaced, the latest victim of the owner Roman Abramovich’s coaching carousel. Abramovich has flooded the team with money since buying the club in 2003, but he has shown little patience with coaches in his pursuit of the only title that has eluded Chelsea under his ownership: the Champions League.
Neither team was expected to make the final. Chelsea had to get through Barcelona, widely considered the best team on the planet. Bayern had to play Barça’s Spanish league archrivals, Real Madrid, also contenders for that unofficial crown. Before the semifinals, talk had already begun of an all-Spanish final.
Instead, Chelsea supporters were already pouring into the city on Friday, where an Oktoberfest-in-May feeling had taken hold ahead of the big match. Fans roamed the streets with big brown bottles of local Augustiner beer in hand. Billboards and placards around the city feature pictures of the shiny trophy. “One city, one dream,” reads one such sign in a Munich subway station.
At the Bayern practice center, Christian Reisner, 46, of Rohrdorf tried to explain the depth of the connection between fan and team. He grew up listening to games on the radio with his grandfather. He said he watched the team win the Champions League in person in 2001 in Italy, “wildly kissing strangers.” Now his son plays for the club’s under-15 youth team.
The players practiced free kicks and scoring combinations while hundreds of fans, who gathered on the hillside overlooking the field, pounded drums, chanted and sang as if the match were already under way.
The Bayern fans were nervous but optimistic, pointing out that the French star Franck Ribéry had to sit out two years ago against Inter Milan, but this time would bring his dexterity and creativity to bear against Chelsea’s staunch defense. “This is the high point of the last 10 years and probably of the next 10 years,” said Christian Gallitz, 40, about the chance to not only win it all, but also win at home. “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

Man Marries Dead Girlfriend!

A man married his deceased girlfriend in a combination funeral and wedding ceremony.
Chadil Deffy, also known as Deff Yingyuen, placed a ring on the finger of Sarinya “Anne” Kamsook, his girlfriend of 10 years, during the ceremony in Thailand’s Surin province.
The couple had planned to get married in the future, but Yingyuen wanted to focus on his studies before tying the knot, the Thai-Asean News (TAN) Network reported.
Unfortunately, Kamsook unexpectedly died in an accident before the couple could set a date.
According to the Pattaya Daily News, the couple met at Thailand’s Eastern Asia University nearly a decade ago, and wreaths were placed around campus in memory of Kamsook following her death.
And while some thought the service a bit strange, others expressed their sympathy for the groom.
“…I didn’t know her, but in your photos, she looks young and full of life. I can’t image the impact her death has caused in the lives of her loved ones. It was a very moving gesture of love, very moving. It makes you rethink a lot of things in life, things you take for granted,” Facebook user Alejandra Yanez wrote in Spanish on Yingyuen’s page.
Onsiri Pravattiyagul, a friend of the groom, wrote an opinion column addressing Yingyuen’s intentions and the media speculation his story has prompted. The piece, featured on the Bangkok Times, included the following:
Chadil wrote matter-of-factly online — and would later give interviews in the same vein — explaining that the motivation for this display was guilt, pure and simple: He felt he hadn’t done enough for his girlfriend of 10 years while she was alive. Before her sudden death in a road accident, she had suggested that he marry her. But he had demurred, putting the idea on hold. The “wedding” was his attempt to right a wrong, however belated the gesture might have been.

The Top 10 Most Popular Hip Hop Singles The Week Of 5/14/2012

DMX wins with a Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre assisted track, while T.I.'s "Trouble Man" leak hits the ground running, along with Rick Ross, Nas and more.
The Top Singles list this week looks pretty divided. The reason being, so many of Hip Hop's favorites enter the this any given day of the week and zoom right to the top. Meanwhile, newer favorites tend to sit at the bottom half (still making some waves, but no match for the vets). While some newbies manage to sneak into the top mix too, it's just an interesting balance to see when it's listed right in front of you. Look below, and you'll see exactly what we mean.

After Facebook's IPO, Zuck Is Richer Than The Google Guys and Amazon's Bezos

Friday’s Facebook IPO made a handful of Silicon Valley power players a whole lot richer, but none more so than the social network’s founder, Mark Zuckerberg.
At close of market, Zuckerberg’s shares in the company he created as a Harvard undergrad in 2004 were worth over $19 billion, making the 28-year-old the third richest person in American tech, behind onEven if Facebook’ share price remains steady at around $38 — its price when it started trading on NASDAQ at 11am, and at the market’s 4pm close — Zuck could leapfrog his fellow internet billionaires including Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos on the next Forbes 400.
When we published our World’s Billionaires list in March, the Facebook founder’s net worth was $17.5 billion. With his shares in Facebook worth over $19 billion as of today, Zuckerberg has an edge over Bezos ($18.4 billion in March) and beats out Brin and Page ($18.7 billion apiece at the Forbes Billionaires list).
In fact, while today’s been a huge one for Zuck, the three older tech titans have seen a dip in their fortunes. Forbes recently started tracking daily gains and losses in the major public holdings of a select group of billionaires. As the market closed on Friday, Sergey Brin and Larry Page had lost well over $1 billion between them due to a 3.71% dip in Google’s stock. Amazon’s Bezos fared only slightly better, losing $400 million off a 2% dip in the online retail giant’s stock.
Of course, these peaks and troughs in the fortunes of the world’s richest people are hardly uncommon, and these three are likely to see their net worths rebound in the coming days. We’ll have to keep an eye on the markets to see if the Google billionaires or Bezos outdo Zuck on the next Forbes 400 list.
Zuckerberg and his fellow Facebook billionaire Dustin Moskovitz will be on our Real-Time tracker as of Monday, so you’ll be able to follow the ups and downs of their fortunes minute by minute (well, every 5 minutes, if you’re counting) from next week onwards.ly Bill Gates and Larry Ellison.
